We manufacture conveyor belts with smooth surfaces, hobnails, caterpillars and tracks from 10cm to 200cm in width and from 4mm to 30mm in thickness which are resistant to heat, abrasion, oil, acids and flame in our product range. We never give up our principle of  providing the best quality, best price and shortest delivery term with our daily production capacity of 1500 meters.

Eksas Eksan Konveyor Band San.ve Tic. A.S. has assured its quality by obtaining a Quality management System ISO 9001:2000 Certificate as well as a Turkish Standards Conformity Certificate and a Manufacturing Competence Certificate.
A great many tests such as quality control, tension, breakage, elongation, abrasion, ageing, etc. on the finished belts made from rubber and cord fabric at TS 547 EN ISO 14890 standards at our laboratory prior to and after manufacturing and the test results are maintained in records.

Conveyor Belt Fabrics (Cord Fabric) which we use as the major raw material in the manufacturing of conveyor belts are produced by KIM Kord San. ve Tic. A.S., which is a sister company in the OZNUR Group of Companies. The quality of the cord fabric which is used in the conveyor belt has so great an importance in terms of the life of the conveyor belt manufactured. Our sister company KIM Kord, which has proven its quality in the international market by exporting 70% of its production as well as in the domestic market, has been supporting us in providing our customers with the best quality service without making
any concessions of the production quality since 1934. KIM Kord and EKSAS Konveyor Band, which are included in the top 10 companies which achieved the highest exports in 2005 according to the reports of the Union of Aegean Exporters, place much importance on reflecting on our customers the synergy which we have achieved through the enthusiasm of  being the only sister companies which produce their own belts and fabrics.
